The location is marvelous and incredible right by all the major attractions of Venice and the square. The rooms are a nice size. Staff are great and wonderful people. Beds are exceptionally comfortable.

we had a great stay in venice adjacent to the center of the "tourist " area, the rialto bridge, venice.

I had a fantastic time in Venice and the apartment made it even better. The location was convenient, with easy access to all parts of the city by foot. It was centrally located, just a short walk to the Rialto area and close to restaurants, shops, and landmarks. The apartment itself was very comfortable, with plenty of space for our group of five. Having two bathrooms was a big plus, and the small kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the dedicated entrance provided privacy and tranquility. The communication with the host, Marisa, was seamless and she even provided a warm welcome with coffee, pasta, and a bottle of Prosecco.

Great experience staying at a spacious and beautifully furnished apartment. Marisa, our helpful host, guided us to the apartment and made us feel welcome. the apartment had its own entryway and exceeded our expectations in terms of size. We found it clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. the location was fantastic, away from crowded tourist areas, but still close to restaurants, shops, and major sights. It was the perfect base for exploring both popular and lesser-known parts of the city. Cons: Nothing 😊.

the owner, Marisa, was a great host and took care of every detail in the apartment. the location was perfect, close to San Marco, Rialto, ferry stops, and all the stores and restaurants. We were able to easily visit Murano and Burano from the nearby water bus stop. We enjoyed delicious food and felt that we got great value for our money. Thank you, Marisa, for making our vacation great!

The host was communicative and provided helpful information about public transport and getting to the airport. the apartment was roomy, clean, and in a great location away from the hustle and bustle. the host was available and responsive to any questions.

I keep coming back to this place because it's amazing. The staff helped with bags once. It suits me perfectly and has Wi-Fi, electric kettle, cookware, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, children's play area. I always come for a city break.

One of the bathrooms only had a bath and no shower curtain. The walk from the vaporetto was a bit of a challenge with steps and crowds, but that's Venice for you.
